Our Story
It all began at the age of 16 when I got my first cooking job.
My culinary career is a result of my love for food. From a very young age, I fell in love with cooking. I was blessed to grow up around amazing chefs that inspired me.
At age 16, I started my career cooking at a restaurant. By the time I turned 17, I was already promoted to kitchen manager.
managing restaurants at a young age expanded my entrepreneurial abilities. After all the learning and experiences, I opened a restaurant in 2002.I plan to expand my knowledge in cooking and leave a mark in the industry. Additionally, my versatalityin cooking with my Haitian background puts me in a better position than most.
My inspiration is creating something so good for someone then experiencing the wow moment is something I'm passionate about and keeps me motivated.
